1.Microsilica powder has the characteristics of high amorphous SiO₂ content, low impurity components, high chemical activity, fine particles, large specific surface area, etc., and it has a wide range of applications, which mainly include the following fields:
Construction field: used in high-performance concrete, which can significantly improve the performance of compression, flexural, seepage, etc., and prolong the service life of the concrete, and it is commonly used in high-rise buildings, harbour terminals, It can be used in high-rise buildings, harbour terminals, reservoirs and dams, etc. It can also be used in mortar, such as dry mortar, repair mortar, heat preservation mortar, etc. It can improve the performance of mortar, and enhance its adhesion, crack resistance and durability.
Refractory material field: it is an important additive for high-grade and high-performance low cement refractory castables and prefabricated parts, which can improve the refractoriness, high-temperature strength and thermal shock resistance, and prolong the service life, and it can also be used in the field of high temperature ceramics, such as large-scale iron gully and ladle materials, permeable bricks, coated patches and so on, as well as oxides-bonded silicon carbide products, high-temperature abrasion-resistant materials and other high-temperature ceramics.
